eric.

Hello, my name is Eric, and I am the lead Pastor of Case Mountain Community. Case Mountain Community Church is six years of dreaming; four years of studying, and two years of internship is moving the dream forward. I have been on an authentic journey with God my whole life, and since 1996 I have been seeking God through Christ. I started to work on my Master of Ministry with a concentration New Testament theology, however I have decided to wait until a later time to finish my work. In 2006, I finished an internship at VTC and my Bachelor of Theology from Christian International School of Theology, which led to my ordination in January of 2007.

I am married to a very inspirational woman of God named Katie. She is my best friend and my editor-in-chief. She has been my right hand throughout school and the internship at VTC. Ultimately, I am extremely interested in how Christianity will look in the world that the next generation grows up in.

I desire to live a truthful life in God. I've found that this takes me along paths I could never have imagined; in joy and pain.

My adventure started in Phoenix and the road has included church planting (twice now), student leadership, a couple of short-term missions, a ministerial internship, moving across country, an amazing career in technology leadership, and soon a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from Hartford Seminary. But beyond all this, it has led me on a life of much contemplation and thought.

I'm the proud sibling of two younger sisters and the proud uncle of my niece, Jo, and nephew, Mat.

I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and grew up in a Southern Baptist Church. I attended Wheaton College in Illinois for my undergraduate degree and later received my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have worked as a therapist and a social worker in the past and am currently working with infants and toddlers at a daycare, which I love.

Stevo here, and I am psyched to be a part of such an amazing group of people, seeking out what God’s doing in Manchester!
I grew up in Connecticut all my life and thought it was boring. I then started searching out good times through cross country road trips, shows (with the band), and all sorts of other crazy happenings.
Recently I’ve found myself consumed with what God is doing in my life. All my life I grew up in “church” and everything “God orientated”. ‘Bout ten to twelve years ago I started getting a better picture of just how Jesus is the way. From the last two years of my life until now, I’ve had countless near death experiences and an equal amount of supernatural protection. The joy, peace, and wholeness of God in my life is an irreplaceable, unexplainable trip to which I have hopelessly devoted my life to. Life here on earth isn’t all there is, and now that I’m realizing that it’s become radical and amazing.
The more and more I surrender my life through Christ, the more and more incredible it seems to get. Turns out I’ve not needed trips, parties, and all sorts of mischief but only a little direction from Him. Passion. Sacrifice. Giving. Joy. Peace. Self-control. Honor. Faith. Needs. Generosity. Kindness. Patience. Love. Without these what is life? “Jesus is the way”. Come see how good life truly can be!
